Today ends the first attempt at the computational genomics lab ! These CU Boulder students (each and everyone !) showed they not only understand how to analyze RNAseq and ATACseq genomics, collaborate on computational projects to find new insights into how the human and mammalian genome regulates transcription and epigenetics. This was an amazing journey and so proud of all these undergraduate and graduate students.
Big thank you to BioFrontiers IT team for allowing the class to provide experience with a super computer, helping develop compute resources for the class and so much more !
Anyone can take this class - it's free the data is free and we can write a paper together ! See more here on our citizen science project - please help contribute to the manuscript from the analyses outlined in this class as well as the data provided.
See how to learn ATACseq and RNAseq in less than 20hours here (with real data !): https://www.lncrna.io/teaching
